Foundations of Pediatric Nursing

Pediatric nursing differs from adult nursing in development, family involvement, and clinical patterns. This foundational course provides that base. By the end of this course you will be able to describe pediatric developmental stages relevant to nursing, recognize the principles of family-centered care, identify common pediatric clinical patterns, and understand the structure of pediatric care settings.
