I went into this course expecting a shallow overview but it actually goes deep into building an AI agent that sources candidates on LinkedIn based on real search criteria, not just generic boolean strings. The module on filtering candidates by inferred skills rather than just keyword matches was the most useful part for me, since that's usually where manual sourcing falls apart. Pacing is reasonable, though a couple of the later lessons assume you're already comfortable with basic automation tools, which slowed me down a bit. Overall I built a working sourcing workflow by the end and I'm already using it for an open role.

Der Kurs zeigt sehr detailliert, wie man einen KI-Agenten aufbaut, der auf LinkedIn passende Kandidaten für offene Stellen findet, ganz ohne stundenlanges manuelles Durchsuchen von Profilen. Besonders gut fand ich den Teil über das Filtern nach tatsächlichen Fähigkeiten statt nur nach Keywords, das hat bei mir schon in den ersten Testläufen bessere Treffer geliefert. Die Struktur ist logisch aufgebaut, jedes Modul baut auf dem vorherigen auf, sodass man nie das Gefühl hat, etwas verpasst zu haben. Auch als jemand ohne Recruiting-Hintergrund konnte ich gut folgen, weil die Begriffe immer kurz erklärt werden. Nach dem Kurs hatte ich innerhalb eines Tages einen funktionierenden Sourcing-Workflow für eine offene Stelle am Laufen.
