Comecei o curso sem saber quase nada sobre sedori e a diferença entre garimpar produtos de forma ética e simplesmente revender qualquer coisa que aparece pela frente. O professor explica bem os critérios legais, principalmente sobre marcas registradas e produtos com restrição, o que eu nunca tinha parado pra pensar antes. Gostei muito da parte sobre como montar uma lista de fornecedores confiáveis e evitar aquelas fontes duvidosas que só dão dor de cabeça depois. O único porém é que alguns exemplos são bem focados no mercado japonês e fiquei um pouco perdido tentando adaptar pra minha realidade local. Ainda assim, terminei o curso com uma visão bem mais clara de como estruturar um negócio de revenda sem cair em furada. Recomendo pra quem está começando do zero nesse ramo.
Als jemand, der schon lange mit dem Gedanken spielt, nebenbei mit Retail Arbitrage anzufangen, hat mir dieser Kurs endlich die rechtliche Seite verständlich gemacht. Vorher hatte ich echt keine Ahnung, wo die Grenze zwischen legitimem Sourcing und riskantem Weiterverkauf liegt, und der Dozent geht das systematisch durch, mit klaren Beispielen zu Markenrechten und Gewährleistung. Besonders die Übungen zur Bewertung von Lieferanten fand ich hilfreich, weil man dabei selbst mitdenken muss statt nur zuzuhören. Etwas störend war nur das Tempo in der Mitte des Kurses, da wurden manche Themen sehr schnell abgehandelt und ich musste einige Abschnitte zweimal ansehen. Trotzdem bin ich mit einem viel sichereren Gefühl aus dem Kurs gegangen, was Compliance angeht. Für Einsteiger definitiv eine solide Grundlage.

Je me lance maintenant beaucoup plus serein, en sachant que je construis quelque chose de solide. À recommander avant même de penser à revendre quoi que ce soit.
