A capstone written exercise asks you to draft a three-month plan that applies improv principles to a specific area of your work or life. This course is designed for committed beginners who have some exposure to improvisation principles, including managers, educators, coaches, and creative professionals. It is approachable for newcomers willing to do the foundational work first. No specific performance background is required. The course is about lasting application rather than tactics that age within months.
