Each produces a written artifact: a partnership plan, a parenting framework, a friendships practice, a professional support roadmap, a limits reflection, and a long-term growth plan. This course is written for adults willing to engage with their relational patterns over years. By the end you will have moved from learning about attachment to using it across the relationships that most define your life.
