Comecei o curso meio cético sobre se um agente de IA realmente conseguiria automatizar acompanhamento de projetos, mas fui convencido logo nos primeiros módulos. A parte de identificação automática de riscos é muito bem explicada, mostrando como configurar alertas antes que um problema vire uma crise no cronograma. Gostei especialmente de como o curso ensina a conectar o agente às planilhas de status que já usamos no time, sem precisar reconstruir tudo do zero. As atividades práticas com trackers reais deixaram o aprendizado muito mais concreto do que só assistir vídeos. No fim consegui montar um fluxo que já está rodando no meu projeto atual e economizando boas horas por semana.

Ce cours m'a vraiment aidé à comprendre comment un agent IA peut suivre l'avancement d'un projet sans que je passe des heures à mettre à jour des tableaux moi-même. L'explication sur la détection des risques avant qu'ils ne deviennent des blocages majeurs est claire et illustrée avec des cas concrets tirés de vrais projets. Le rythme est bien dosé, ni trop lent ni trop dense, ce qui m'a permis de tout mettre en pratique au fur et à mesure.

This course finally made project risk tracking feel manageable instead of something I dread every Friday. The instructor breaks down exactly how to set thresholds so the agent flags real risks instead of drowning you in false alarms, which is the part every other tutorial I've tried skips over. Building the tracker alongside the lessons meant I had something functional by the end rather than a pile of notes to figure out later.

Me gustó mucho cómo el curso explica paso a paso la automatización de reportes de estado con un agente de IA, con ejemplos que se sienten reales y no forzados. La sección sobre detección de riesgos es la más fuerte de todo el contenido. Lo único es que el módulo final se siente un poco apresurado comparado con el resto.

The risk-flagging automation section was genuinely eye-opening and I've already adapted it for my own sprint tracker. My only complaint is that the status update automation part assumes you're already using a specific tool setup, so I had to improvise a bit to fit my team's workflow.

프로젝트 매니저로 일하면서 매주 상태 업데이트를 직접 정리하는 게 늘 부담이었는데, 이 강의 덕분에 그 작업을 AI가 자동으로 해주게 만들었어요. 특히 트래커에서 위험 요소를 미리 짚어내는 부분이 실무에서 바로 도움이 됐습니다. 코딩 경험이 없어도 따라갈 수 있게 단계별로 잘 설명되어 있었어요. 다만 외부 도구 연동 부분은 예시가 조금 더 있었으면 좋았겠다 싶네요. 그래도 며칠 만에 첫 자동화 흐름을 완성했습니다. PM이라면 한 번쯤 들어볼 만합니다.
