What I appreciated most was how the course treats AI as a tool to double check your own clinical judgment rather than something to blindly trust. Each module builds on evidence-based evaluation, showing exactly what questions to ask before relying on an AI-generated diagnostic suggestion. The pacing worked well for me even though I only had evenings to study between shifts.

I teach residents and wanted a resource that treats AI diagnostics seriously without either dismissing it or overselling it, and this course threads that needle well. It covers the statistical basis of how these models flag anomalies, which helped me explain to my team why a tool might miss something a human catches immediately. The clinical workflow integration section was especially strong, showing where in the process AI adds value versus where it just adds noise. I've already started referencing a couple of the case examples in my own teaching sessions. This is one of the few courses on the topic that doesn't feel rushed or superficial.

I've been practicing internal medicine for over a decade and was honestly wary of AI diagnostic tools until I took this course. It doesn't just hype up the technology, it walks through real evidence standards and how to critically evaluate AI output before trusting it with patient care. The module on spotting false positives in AI-assisted screening was particularly eye opening and something I now apply weekly. What stood out most was the emphasis on documentation and liability, which most tech-focused courses completely ignore. I finished feeling like I actually understood the tools instead of just being told to trust them.
