Die Sprintplanung läuft bei mir jetzt deutlich schneller, vor allem das Erstellen von User Stories und Doku per KI spart enorm Zeit. Schade nur, dass die Skalierung auf mehrere Teams im SAFe-Kontext etwas kurz kam. Für den Alltag als Projektleiter trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung.

Je travaille comme chef de projet dans une équipe agile depuis quelques années et je passais énormément de temps sur des tâches répétitives comme la mise à jour du backlog. Cette formation propose une approche très concrète pour automatiser une partie de ce travail grâce à l'intelligence artificielle, avec des exemples tirés de vraies cérémonies scrum plutôt que des cas génériques. J'ai particulièrement aimé le module sur la génération automatique des comptes-rendus de sprint, qui m'a fait gagner un temps considérable dès la première semaine. Le seul point qui m'a un peu gêné, c'est que certains outils présentés nécessitent des abonnements que mon équipe n'utilise pas encore, donc j'ai dû adapter quelques exercices. Dans l'ensemble, le contenu reste très applicable et bien structuré pour quelqu'un qui gère des sprints au quotidien.
