Auch der Teil, wie man das Ganze als Dienstleistung verkauft, war überraschend konkret und nicht nur oberflächlich. Ein paar der gezeigten Tools waren mir schon bekannt, weshalb dieser Abschnitt für mich etwas langsam war. Trotzdem konnte ich direkt nach dem Kurs einen Prototyp für einen echten Kunden bauen.

Llevo un tiempo ofreciendo servicios de automatización y quería aprender a construir algo más específico para calificar leads antes de pasarlos a ventas. El curso explica muy bien la lógica detrás del agente, qué preguntas hacer y cómo estructurar las respuestas para que sean útiles de verdad. La parte de cómo presentar esto como servicio a clientes B2B me pareció el mayor valor, porque no es algo que se explique en muchos cursos técnicos. Algunas herramientas mostradas ya las conocía, así que esa parte se sintió un poco lenta para mí. Aun así terminé con un prototipo funcionando que ya usé en una propuesta real.
