I'd never touched WeChat before this course since none of my customers used it, but a new partner in Shenzhen changed that overnight. The first couple of lessons on how the Official Account ecosystem actually works were more helpful than I expected, since WeChat behaves nothing like Instagram or Facebook. From there the course moves into building automated replies that sound conversational instead of robotic, which is where I learned the most. There's a nice section on testing your bot with real sample questions before going live that caught a couple of awkward phrasings I would have missed. By the end I had responses running around the clock without needing someone awake at 3am Shenzhen time. It's a narrow topic but exactly the kind of practical detail you can't find in generic chatbot tutorials.

Gostei bastante de como o instrutor explica os menus da conta oficial, porque a interface em chinês pode confundir quem não está acostumado. Depois de seguir os módulos práticos, consegui deixar o bot respondendo perguntas sobre pedidos e prazos de entrega durante a madrugada. O resultado foi bem melhor do que eu imaginava para um curso relativamente curto. Foi útil principalmente para quem já vende na plataforma mas nunca mexeu na parte de automação.
