Llevaba meses queriendo abrir un pequeño local de comida y este curso me dio la estructura que me faltaba. La parte de diseño de menú fue la que más me sirvió, sobre todo cómo calcular costos por plato sin perder tiempo. También explica bien la parte de operaciones diarias, aunque en algunos videos siento que pasan muy rápido por temas que a mí me hubiera gustado ver más despacio. Aun así salí con ideas concretas que ya estoy aplicando en mi negocio.

Natutunan ko rin kung paano ayusin ang daloy ng serbisyo para hindi magkagulo tuwing rush hour. Yung digital na pamamahala ng order ay bago sa akin pero naintindihan ko agad. Medyo gusto ko sanang mas marami pang halimbawa ng totoong negosyo, pero malinaw naman lahat at handa na ako magsimula.
