Kurs bardzo dobrze tłumaczy, jak zbudować model biznesowy zanim w ogóle zacznie się pisać sam plan. Ćwiczenia po każdej lekcji naprawdę zmuszają do myślenia o własnym pomyśle, a nie tylko oglądania. Część o prognozach finansowych mogłaby być trochę bardziej rozbudowana.
I've tried writing a business plan on my own twice before and always got stuck around the financial section, so this course was exactly what I needed. It breaks the whole process down into manageable pieces, starting with the business model itself before even touching the plan document, which honestly makes so much more sense than jumping straight into writing. The examples used throughout feel real rather than generic, and I liked that each module ends with something you actually build rather than just watch. By the end I had a working draft I was proud to show to a potential partner.
Antes de tomar este curso había intentado escribir un plan de negocio dos veces y siempre me trababa en la parte financiera. Lo que más me gustó es que primero te hace pensar bien el modelo de negocio antes de escribir nada, y eso cambia totalmente cómo se aborda el plan después. Los ejemplos son de negocios pequeños reales, no de startups tecnológicas inalcanzables, así que todo se sintió aplicable a lo mío. Walks through the business model canvas step by step in a way that finally made it click for me. The writing exercises for the actual plan document were the most useful part. Wish there was a bit more depth on financial projections, but overall solid structure to follow.

What stood out to me most was how the course treats the business model as the foundation before you ever start writing the actual plan, which is the opposite order of most guides I've seen. Each lesson builds on the last, and by the middle of the course I already had a rough model sketched out that made sense on paper. The instructor's examples come from real small businesses rather than tech startup cliches, which made everything easier to apply to my own situation. I finished with a plan draft that felt genuinely mine instead of a template with blanks filled in.
Avevo già provato a scrivere un business plan da sola e mi perdevo sempre a metà, quindi questo corso è arrivato al momento giusto. Mi è piaciuto molto come prima viene spiegato il modello di business e solo dopo si passa alla scrittura vera e propria del piano, ha molto più senso così. Gli esempi usati sono concreti e non generici, e ogni modulo ti spinge davvero a lavorare sul tuo progetto invece di limitarti a guardare i video. Alla fine mi sono ritrovata con una bozza di piano che non pensavo di riuscire a scrivere da sola.
