ছোট ব্যবসা শুরু করার পর সরবরাহকারীদের সঙ্গে দরদাম করতে গিয়ে বারবার ঠকতাম, কিন্তু এই কোর্সটা সেই দুর্বলতা একেবারে কাটিয়ে দিয়েছে। কোথা থেকে কম দামে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হয়, কীভাবে একাধিক বিক্রেতার সঙ্গে তুলনা করে সেরাটা বেছে নিতে হয়, সবই ধাপে ধাপে শেখানো হয়েছে। দরকষাকষির কৌশলগুলো বাস্তব এবং সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কাজে লাগানো যায়। ইনভেন্টরি সামলানোর মূল বিষয়গুলোও সহজ ভাষায় বুঝিয়েছে। প্রথমবার দরদাম করেই আমি ভালো একটা ছাড় আদায় করতে পেরেছি, যা সরাসরি আমার লাভ বাড়িয়েছে। নতুন উদ্যোক্তাদের জন্য দারুণ উপকারী একটা কোর্স।

Küçük bir üretim atölyesi işletiyorum ve tedarikçi seçimi konusunda hep kafam karışıktı. Kurs, teklifleri nasıl karşılaştıracağını ve stok seviyelerini nasıl dengede tutacağını gerçekten anlaşılır örneklerle anlatıyor. Pazarlık kısmındaki diyalog örnekleri özellikle işime yaradı, bir sonraki toplantıda hemen denedim.

O curso me deu roteiros simples pra essas conversas e explicou bem como calcular estoque mínimo sem exagerar no capital parado. I've been running procurement for a two-person startup for about a year, mostly by trial and error, so I went into this course hoping for some structure and got more than I expected. The breakdown of how to calculate minimum viable inventory without tying up all your cash was exactly the kind of practical math nobody explains well elsewhere. What stood out most was the negotiation module — it gives you actual phrasing to use with vendors instead of vague advice about being confident. I also appreciated that it covered what to do when a supplier misses a deadline, since that's happened to me twice already this year. The pacing is steady, nothing feels rushed, and each lesson builds on the last one instead of jumping around. Within a week of finishing I renegotiated payment terms with one of our vendors using almost exactly the approach taught here.

Gestisco un piccolo e-commerce e la parte sulla scelta dei fornitori era il mio punto debole. Il corso è molto concreto, con esempi reali su come confrontare preventivi e capire quando conviene cambiare fornitore. Ho apprezzato anche il ritmo delle lezioni, non si dilunga inutilmente su teoria che poi non serve.

Monté mi tienda hace unos meses y la parte de logística siempre me superaba un poco. El curso explica de forma muy clara cómo calcular el inventario mínimo sin quedarte corto ni sobrar dinero atado en stock. La parte de negociación con proveedores me dio frases concretas que usé la semana pasada y funcionaron mejor de lo que esperaba.

সাপ্লাই চেইন নিয়ে আগে কোনো ধারণাই ছিল না, তাই একদম শুরু থেকে শেখার জন্য কোর্সটা বেশ কাজে দিয়েছে। ইনভেন্টরি হিসাব আর ভেন্ডরের সাথে দরদাম করার অংশটা সবচেয়ে বেশি উপকারী মনে হয়েছে। শুধু মনে হয়েছে বড় সাপ্লায়ারদের সাথে ডিল করার উদাহরণ আরেকটু বেশি থাকলে ভালো হতো।

Lavoro nell'approvvigionamento da poco e mi mancava una base solida sulla gestione dell'inventario. Il corso spiega passo passo come calcolare le scorte minime e come impostare una trattativa con i fornitori senza sembrare troppo rigidi. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto l'esempio sulla negoziazione dei termini di pagamento, l'ho applicato quasi subito.
