Sobrang linaw ng pagkaka-explain ng mga process groups at knowledge areas, hindi ka maiiwan kahit baguhan ka pa lang sa project management. Yung mga review sa dulo ng bawat section talaga nakakatulong para ma-retain mo yung natutunan mo. Panalo ito para sa mga gustong maghanda nang maayos bago sumabak sa PMP exam.
Mi sono iscritto per dare struttura alla preparazione al PMP e devo dire che le basi sono spiegate con chiarezza. Ho apprezzato molto il confronto tra approccio agile e tradizionale, che prima confondevo spesso. Anche la parte sulle metodologie ibride è utile, anche se avrei voluto qualche caso pratico in più per fissare i concetti. Detto questo, mi sono presentato allo studio con molte più sicurezze. Lo consiglio a chi parte da zero con il project management.
PMBOK 기반 개념들을 이렇게 쉽게 풀어서 설명해주는 강의는 처음이에요. 프로세스 그룹이랑 지식 영역을 표로 정리해주는 부분이 특히 좋았고, 시험 전에 헷갈리던 용어들이 확실히 정리됐습니다. 실무 사례도 곁들여줘서 그냥 암기가 아니라 이해하면서 넘어갈 수 있었어요.
PMP 시험 준비하면서 프로젝트 관리 기본 개념을 체계적으로 정리할 수 있어서 정말 도움이 많이 됐어요.
Good grounding in the PMP basics and agile, just wished the hybrid methods section had a few more examples.
I went into this course without much background in formal project management and came out with a solid grasp of the core PMP concepts. The way the material breaks down process groups and knowledge areas made a lot of the terminology finally click for me. Pacing felt right, not rushed but not dragging either, and the periodic recaps really helped things stick before moving to the next section. What stood out most was how the examples tied theory back to situations you'd actually run into managing a real project. By the end I felt genuinely prepared to start tackling practice exams instead of just memorizing definitions.

Comecei este curso meio perdido em relação aos termos do PMP e terminei com uma visão bem clara de como os processos de gerenciamento de projetos se encaixam. A forma como o conteúdo é dividido por áreas de conhecimento ajuda muito a organizar o estudo, e as revisões periódicas fixam bem a matéria. Gostei também de como os exemplos práticos aproximam a teoria da realidade de quem já trabalha com projetos no dia a dia. Não é um curso corrido, dá pra acompanhar no seu próprio ritmo sem perder o fio da meada. Recomendo para quem está começando a jornada rumo à certificação.

회사 다니면서 짬짬이 들었는데 강의 흐름이 끊기지 않고 자연스럽게 이어져서 좋았습니다. PMP 시험 범위가 워낙 방대한데 이 강의는 핵심 개념 위주로 딱 필요한 것만 짚어줘서 부담이 덜했어요. 다음 단계 강의도 바로 이어서 들을 생각입니다.
Je me suis lancé dans la préparation du PMP un peu stressé, mais ce cours a vraiment clarifié les bases de la gestion de projet pour moi. Les explications sur les groupes de processus et les domaines de connaissance sont présentées de façon progressive, sans jamais noyer l'apprenant sous le jargon. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les petits récapitulatifs après chaque section, qui permettent de vérifier qu'on a bien assimilé la matière avant d'avancer. Le rythme est posé mais jamais lent, ce qui convient bien à quelqu'un qui étudie le soir après le travail. Au final je me sens beaucoup plus confiant pour aborder l'examen.
Me pareció un curso bien organizado para entender los fundamentos antes de meterse de lleno al examen PMP. El instructor explica con calma y usa ejemplos que ayudan a fijar los conceptos de los grupos de procesos. Lo único es que algunos videos se sienten un poco largos para lo que realmente cubren.
