Für den Einstieg in die psychologische Beratung hat mir der Kurs eine klare Struktur gegeben. Die Grundtheorien werden verständlich erklärt, und der Abschnitt über die ethischen Leitlinien war für mich besonders wertvoll, weil er die Verantwortung gegenüber Klienten greifbar macht. Die Beispiele sind nachvollziehbar und gut gewählt. Beim Kapitel zu den Gesprächstechniken hätte ich mir etwas mehr Tiefe gewünscht. Insgesamt aber eine empfehlenswerte Grundlage für alle, die in diesem Bereich anfangen wollen.
