Besonders die Übungen zum aktiven Zuhören fand ich überraschend wirkungsvoll, weil wir vorher einfach aneinander vorbeigeredet haben. Die Lektionen sind kurz und klar aufgebaut, sodass man sie gut zwischen Terminen einbauen kann. Am meisten hat mir das Kapitel über gemeinsame Absprachen geholfen, weil wir jetzt tatsächlich feste Regeln haben, an die sich alle halten. Nach dem Kurs fühlt es sich zum ersten Mal an, als würden wir wirklich an einem Strang ziehen.

Ik volgde deze cursus samen met de oma van mijn kinderen omdat we telkens botsten over regels rond snoep en bedtijd. De oefeningen om eerst te luisteren voordat je reageert, hebben echt iets veranderd in hoe we met elkaar praten. Vooral het stuk over het samen opstellen van een paar vaste afspraken vond ik waardevol, want nu weet iedereen waar hij aan toe is. Het tempo was rustig genoeg om alles te laten bezinken zonder dat het saai werd. Sinds we de cursus hebben afgerond voelt het echt als een team in plaats van twee partijen die tegen elkaar in werken.
