Lavoro in un ufficio comunale e questo corso mi ha dato esempi concreti di come usare l'AI per rispondere ai cittadini in modo chiaro senza perdere il linguaggio formale richiesto. Ho apprezzato molto i modelli di prompt pensati per rispettare le normative sulla privacy. L'unico limite è che alcuni esempi sono tarati su contesti anglosassoni e vanno adattati alla nostra realtà amministrativa.

It also covers what information you should never feed into an AI tool when handling citizen data, which I hadn't seen addressed this directly before. The pacing is sensible and each module builds on the last rather than jumping around. My one complaint is that the module on multi-agency correspondence felt shorter than it needed to be given how common that situation actually is. Overall it's already changed how my team drafts responses.
