The only downside is that the video on text-to-date conversion moves a bit fast and I had to pause a lot.

The lessons on text functions like LEFT, RIGHT, and TEXTSPLIT are explained with messy real-world spreadsheets rather than tidy sample data, which made the practice much more useful. The section on date formulas, especially DATEDIF and EDATE, finally made sense to me after years of just guessing. Pacing is good overall, though a couple of the formula-building exercises jump ahead without fully explaining every argument. Still, I went from dreading a monthly report to automating most of it in under an hour.
