Os exemplos de prompts voltados para revisão de cláusulas foram extremamente úteis no dia a dia. Já consegui reduzir bastante o tempo que gasto em uma primeira leitura de contratos.
Por fin entendí cómo redactar borradores legales con IA sin comprometer datos confidenciales del cliente.
Llevo años trabajando en un despacho y siempre vi con desconfianza el uso de inteligencia artificial en temas legales, sobre todo por la confidencialidad de los documentos. Este curso aborda justo esa preocupación desde el principio, explicando qué información nunca se debe compartir y cómo estructurar los prompts para el análisis de contratos de forma segura. Los ejemplos prácticos con cláusulas reales me ayudaron a entender exactamente cómo aplicar esto sin depender ciegamente de la herramienta. The contract analysis prompts were genuinely useful for a first pass review. Would have liked a bit more depth on jurisdiction-specific considerations, but as a general framework it's solid.
