En tant que médecin, je passe un temps fou sur la rédaction des comptes rendus, alors ce cours tombait à pic. Les modèles de prompts pour structurer les notes cliniques sont vraiment bien pensés et faciles à adapter. J'apprécie aussi que la confidentialité des données patients soit traitée sérieusement du début à la fin.

চিকিৎসক হিসেবে প্রতিদিন ক্লিনিকাল নোট লিখতে অনেক সময় চলে যেত, এই কোর্সটা সেই সমস্যার একটা বাস্তব সমাধান দিয়েছে। চ্যাটজিপিটি দিয়ে নোট গঠন করার প্রম্পট উদাহরণগুলো সরাসরি কাজে প্রয়োগ করা যায়। রোগীর তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা নিয়ে যেভাবে সতর্কতার কথা বলা হয়েছে সেটাও আমার কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মনে হয়েছে।

As a nurse who spends way too much time on charting, this course was exactly what I needed. The prompt templates for clinical notes cut my documentation time down noticeably without feeling like I was cutting corners on accuracy. Ce cours propose des méthodes concrètes pour utiliser ChatGPT afin de structurer les notes plus rapidement, avec une vraie attention portée à la confidentialité des données patients. Les exemples de prompts pour les comptes rendus courants sont directement réutilisables, ce qui change de la théorie pure. Le seul bémol, c'est que certains modules supposent déjà une bonne aisance avec les outils numériques, ce qui peut ralentir les moins à l'aise. Dans l'ensemble, ça reste un gain de temps réel une fois les habitudes prises.

I was skeptical about bringing AI tools into anything touching patient charts, but this course addresses the privacy concerns head-on before getting into the practical stuff. The prompt structures for progress notes and discharge summaries are genuinely time-saving once you get used to editing the output rather than accepting it as-is. It's clearly built by someone who understands clinical workflow, not just prompt engineering in the abstract. My only gripe is that a couple of the example note formats don't quite match how my hospital's EHR is structured, so I had to adapt them myself. Still, it shaved real minutes off my documentation routine.

Hemşire olarak vardiya sonunda hasta notlarını yazmak beni her zaman çok yoruyordu, bu kurs sayesinde ChatGPT'yi bu süreçte nasıl güvenli kullanacağımı öğrendim. Klinik not şablonları için verilen prompt örnekleri gerçekten işe yarıyor ve doğrudan uygulanabilir nitelikte. Hasta mahremiyeti konusuna verilen önem de beni rahatlattı, çünkü bu konuda başta çekincelerim vardı. Tek eksik, bazı örnek notlar kendi hastanemizin sistemine tam uymadığı için biraz uyarlama gerektirdi. Yine de dokümantasyon sürecimi belirgin şekilde hızlandırdığını söyleyebilirim.
