Der Kurs erklärt sehr praxisnah, wie man Fragen stellt, die nicht wie Verhöre klingen, und wie man auch bei Konflikten ruhig bleibt. Besonders die Übungen zum aktiven Zuhören haben mir geholfen, weniger vorschnell zu urteilen. Manche Kapitel wiederholen sich inhaltlich etwas, aber insgesamt hat sich unser Gesprächsklima zu Hause spürbar verbessert.

Llevaba meses sintiendo que mi hijo de quince años se cerraba cada vez más y no sabía cómo acercarme sin que pareciera un interrogatorio. Este curso enseña técnicas concretas de escucha activa y maneras de abrir conversaciones sin presionar, algo que probé la misma semana y ya noté diferencia. Me gustó mucho que use ejemplos reales de conflictos típicos, como las salidas con amigos o el uso del celular, en vez de consejos genéricos. Lo único que le pondría es que algunas lecciones se sienten un poco largas para el contenido que realmente aportan. Aun así, la relación con mi hijo mejoró notablemente en pocas semanas.

Kurs pokazuje konkretne techniki rozmowy z nastolatkiem, które naprawdę zmieniły atmosferę u nas w domu. Moja córka zaczęła więcej opowiadać o swoim dniu, zamiast odpowiadać jednym słowem. Jedyny minus to trochę zbyt teoretyczne wprowadzenie na początku, zanim przechodzi do konkretów.
