Kursus ini membantu saya memahami cara memetakan proses bisnis dari awal, mulai dari mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang berulang sampai menemukan bagian yang bisa diotomatisasi. Penjelasannya cukup sistematis dan disertai contoh diagram alur yang mudah diikuti walau saya belum pernah belajar analisis proses sebelumnya. Bagian favorit saya adalah studi kasus tentang proses persetujuan yang terlalu panjang, karena mirip dengan yang terjadi di tempat kerja saya. Sayangnya beberapa contoh terasa agak mirip satu sama lain sehingga materi jadi sedikit terasa mengulang di pertengahan kursus. Terlepas dari itu, saya sudah bisa langsung menerapkan kerangka kerjanya untuk merapikan salah satu proses di divisi saya.
Cara memetakan dan menganalisis proses sangat membantu, cuma inginkan lebih banyak contoh RPA.

Kurs bardzo dobrze tłumaczy, jak krok po kroku analizować proces biznesowy i znajdować miejsca, które można zautomatyzować. Podobały mi się ćwiczenia z rysowaniem diagramów przepływu, bo od razu widać, gdzie powstają opóźnienia. Po ukończeniu kursu udało mi się uproszczyć jeden z procesów w naszym dziale i realnie skrócić czas jego realizacji.
