Coming from a marketing background with no coding skills at all, I was nervous this would be over my head, but it really wasn't. The course walks you nicely from cleaning data in Excel into building actual visuals in Power BI, and the no-code promise holds up the whole way through. I especially liked how it showed when to stay in Excel versus when to move into Power BI, which is a question I always struggled with. My only small gripe is that the Power Query section felt a touch rushed and I had to rewatch a couple of parts. Still, I can now turn a messy export into a clean dashboard, which is exactly what I came for, so I'd happily recommend it.

What sold me on this one is that it doesn't assume you're already a spreadsheet wizard. I work in operations and mostly needed to make sense of monthly reports, and the progression from Excel formulas to Power BI dashboards matched exactly how my brain wanted to learn it. The examples use realistic business data, not toy numbers, so it actually felt relevant to my job. I'd have loved a bit more depth on connecting multiple data sources, since that came up later for me at work and wasn't covered in detail. That said, the foundations here are solid and I left feeling confident enough to keep exploring on my own.
