Esse curso me ajudou bastante a organizar na cabeça os diferentes frameworks de gestão de projetos, principalmente a parte sobre metodologias híbridas que eu sempre confundia com ágil puro. A explicação sobre liderança e gestão de conflitos também trouxe exemplos bem práticos, do tipo que dá pra aplicar direto no trabalho. Gostei do ritmo das aulas, que vai construindo o conhecimento aos poucos sem sobrecarregar. Só senti falta de mais exercícios práticos no estilo das perguntas reais do exame PMP. Ainda assim, saí com uma base bem mais sólida do que tinha antes de começar.
