Sebagai analis, akhirnya saya bisa memetakan proses bisnis mana yang layak diotomasi sebelum mulai membangun bot. Materi tentang mengidentifikasi tugas berulang dan mengukur ROI sangat membantu saya meyakinkan atasan. Saya juga jadi paham bedanya RPA dengan otomasi proses yang lebih luas, sesuatu yang dulu sering tertukar. Sayangnya bagian tentang tata kelola dan pemeliharaan bot terasa terlalu singkat. Tapi secara keseluruhan fondasinya kokoh dan langsung bisa saya terapkan di kantor.
Ce cours pose des bases solides en RPA, avec une vraie méthode pour analyser un processus avant de se lancer dans l'automatisation. J'ai particulièrement aimé le module sur la cartographie des tâches répétitives, très concret et applicable direct au bureau. En sortant du cours j'avais déjà identifié deux processus que je vais automatiser en priorité.
