Applied IFS in Daily Life: Relationships, Work, and Long-Term Inner Work

Applied IFS reshapes how you relate to yourself and others over time. This applied course teaches you to bring IFS into daily relationships, work life, and the long-term inner work of building Self leadership. By the end of this course you will be able to use IFS-informed awareness in relationships, navigate work life with greater Self leadership, support long-term inner work, and recognize the limits of self-practice. What you will learn: - Approaches to noticing parts in relationship conflicts and dynamics - Approaches to working with parts that show up at work - Approaches to supporting long-term inner work alongside therapy when appropriate - Approaches to working with parts during transitions and difficult life events - Approaches to recognizing exiles that need careful work - Approaches to integrating IFS with other practices and traditions - Approaches to sustaining the work across years The course is structured around six applied modules. Each produces a written artifact: a relationships practice, a work integration plan, a long-term inner work plan, a transitions plan, an exiles reflection with care notes, and an integration reflection. This course is written for adults with some IFS experience who want to bring it into daily life. It is educational and does not replace IFS therapy. By the end you will have moved from IFS as a model to IFS as a steady, compassionate practice that shapes how you meet yourself and others.
