As someone leading onboarding for a mid-size SaaS team, I've tried a lot of courses that promise practical AI applications and mostly deliver fluff. This one is different. The section on building smart guided flows actually walks through the logic step by step, from mapping user intent to designing branching paths that adapt based on behavior. I appreciated that it didn't just stop at theory but showed how to test and iterate on a flow once it's live. Within two weeks I had rebuilt our new-user onboarding sequence and already saw fewer drop-offs at the second step. If you're in customer success and tired of generic onboarding advice, this is worth your time.

The pacing works well for someone who already understands the basics of onboarding but wants to add more intelligence to their flows. My only gripe is that the later modules on measuring flow performance felt a little thin compared to the rest.
