The section on building smart guided flows actually walks through the logic step by step, from mapping user intent to designing branching paths that adapt based on behavior. I appreciated that it didn't just stop at theory but showed how to test and iterate on a flow once it's live. Within two weeks I had rebuilt our new-user onboarding sequence and already saw fewer drop-offs at the second step. This course does a great job explaining how to build guided onboarding flows using AI, with clear examples from a customer success perspective. The pacing works well for someone who already understands the basics of onboarding but wants to add more intelligence to their flows. My only gripe is that the later modules on measuring flow performance felt a little thin compared to the rest.
