I liked how practical this course is, every concept is followed almost immediately by building something real inside Power Automate. Before this course I only knew Power Automate as a tool for simple button-triggered tasks, so seeing how much further it goes with AI built in was eye-opening. কোর্সটা Power Automate দিয়ে ছোট ছোট কাজ কীভাবে অটোমেট করা যায় সেটা খুব সহজভাবে বুঝিয়েছে, বিশেষ করে ইমেইল আর ফর্ম থেকে ডেটা টেনে নেওয়ার অংশটা দারুণ লেগেছে। তবে এআই ফিচারগুলোর সেটআপ অংশে আরেকটু বিস্তারিত উদাহরণ থাকলে ভালো হতো।

The instructor does a great job showing how to connect everyday business tools through Power Automate instead of just talking about it in theory. I've used Power Automate before but never really understood how to layer AI into it until this course. The instructor starts with simple trigger-and-action flows, which was a great refresher, and then gradually moves into using AI Builder to classify and extract data from documents. What I appreciated most was seeing an actual approval workflow built from scratch, with all the small configuration details usually left out of tutorials. There's a good balance between explaining why a step matters and just showing you how to click through it. I finished the course with two automations already running for my team's daily reporting.
