I liked how it combined basic automation with AI features like extracting data from documents automatically. By the second module I had already automated a repetitive approval task I used to do manually every week.

I liked how practical this course is, every concept is followed almost immediately by building something real inside Power Automate. The module on using AI to categorize incoming requests was the highlight for me. It took a task that used to eat up my Monday mornings and turned it into something that just runs by itself now.
Before this course I only knew Power Automate as a tool for simple button-triggered tasks, so seeing how much further it goes with AI built in was eye-opening. The instructor walks through building a real intelligent workflow step by step, from setting the trigger to using AI to sort and tag incoming requests automatically. I especially liked the troubleshooting moments where something didn't work as expected and got fixed on screen instead of being edited out. The pacing felt right for someone juggling this alongside a full-time job, nothing dragged on longer than it needed to. By the end I had rebuilt one of our team's manual intake processes into something that now runs on its own.

The instructor does a great job showing how to connect everyday business tools through Power Automate instead of just talking about it in theory. The section on adding AI to pull information from emails and forms was especially useful. I now have three small workflows running at work that used to take up a chunk of my mornings.
I've used Power Automate before but never really understood how to layer AI into it until this course. The instructor starts with simple trigger-and-action flows, which was a great refresher, and then gradually moves into using AI Builder to classify and extract data from documents. What I appreciated most was seeing an actual approval workflow built from scratch, with all the small configuration details usually left out of tutorials. There's a good balance between explaining why a step matters and just showing you how to click through it. I finished the course with two automations already running for my team's daily reporting.
