This has been a lovely way to get my quiet daughter talking in English. My son was so shy about speaking English that he would barely whisper a word in front of anyone. This course eases into it, starting with tiny answers and slowly working up to full sentences and back-and-forth questions, so he never felt cornered. The topics are close to his own life, which made him actually want to answer instead of hiding. A few months in and he chatted away with his cousins over the holidays, something I honestly wasn't sure I'd ever see.
The structure is clear and the topics build sensibly on each other. It's just not something my daughter can do entirely on her own yet, since the speaking parts really work best when I sit with her and play the other person.
