Auch die Automatisierung des Funnels ist Schritt für Schritt erklärt, sodass ich es direkt auf unsere Pipeline übertragen konnte. Besonders gut fand ich, dass die Beispiele realistisch sind und nicht nur theoretisch bleiben. Nach zwei Abenden hatte ich einen Workflow, der mir echt Zeit spart. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die mit Salesforce arbeiten.
