Mình làm bên chăm sóc khách hàng nên khóa này đúng thứ mình cần tìm. Giảng viên đi từng bước từ việc thiết kế luồng hội thoại, chọn giọng đọc, cho đến cách xử lý các tình huống khách hàng nói lệch kịch bản. Cái mình thích nhất là phần demo dựng một bot trả lời cuộc gọi thật ngay trong bài, không chỉ nói lý thuyết suông. Sau khi học xong mình đã tự dựng được một bot đơn giản để trả lời các câu hỏi thường gặp cho cửa hàng nhỏ của gia đình. Tốc độ giảng vừa phải, dễ theo kịp kể cả khi mình không rành công nghệ.

Ho seguito questo corso perché volevo capire se fosse davvero possibile costruire un assistente vocale senza saper programmare, e la risposta è sì. Le lezioni partono dalle basi, spiegano come progettare il flusso della chiamata e come gestire le domande più comuni dei clienti in modo naturale. Mi ha colpito molto la parte in cui si mostra come testare il bot con chiamate reali prima di metterlo in produzione. L'unico punto debole secondo me è che alcune integrazioni con i sistemi telefonici più vecchi vengono trattate un po' velocemente. A parte questo, per chi lavora nel customer service è un ottimo punto di partenza.
