What surprised me most was how well it handled edge cases once I added a few example customer questions. By the weekend I had it live on my site answering shipping and return questions on its own. The pacing is relaxed enough that you can pause and actually build alongside the videos instead of just watching. I ended up showing the whole workflow to a friend who runs a similar shop.
Llevaba tiempo queriendo automatizar la atención al cliente de mi negocio pero me asustaba la parte técnica, y este curso resultó ser justo lo que necesitaba. Explican paso a paso cómo armar los flujos de conversación y cómo entrenar al bot con preguntas reales de clientes. Me gustó especialmente el módulo donde muestran cómo conectar el bot a WhatsApp, porque es lo que más usan mis clientes. Lo único es que el módulo final sobre analítica se siente un poco apresurado y me hubiera gustado más ejemplos prácticos. Aun así, terminé con un bot funcionando que responde las preguntas más comunes de la tienda sin que yo tenga que estar pendiente todo el día.

Ich hatte vorher noch nie einen Chatbot gebaut, aber die Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung macht es wirklich einfach, selbst ohne Programmierkenntnisse. Besonders gut fand ich, wie der Kurs zeigt, wie man typische Kundenfragen als Trainingsbeispiele einbaut, damit der Bot natürlicher antwortet. Nach dem letzten Modul lief mein Bot bereits auf der Webseite meines kleinen Ladens.
Kursus ini sangat mudah diikuti walaupun saya tiada latar belakang teknikal, dan saya berjaya bina bot khidmat pelanggan untuk perniagaan kecil saya dalam masa dua hari. Cuma bahagian mengenai integrasi dengan platform pembayaran agak pantas dan saya terpaksa tonton semula beberapa kali untuk faham sepenuhnya.

The section on setting fallback messages so the bot hands off to a human at the right moment was the most useful part for me. Watching the instructor build an entire agent from a blank canvas in real time made the logic click in a way tutorials rarely manage. I now have a repeatable process I use with every new client project. It paid for itself with the very first bot I built for someone else's store.
