Ich hatte vorher noch nie einen Chatbot gebaut, aber die Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung macht es wirklich einfach, selbst ohne Programmierkenntnisse. Besonders gut fand ich, wie der Kurs zeigt, wie man typische Kundenfragen als Trainingsbeispiele einbaut, damit der Bot natürlicher antwortet. Nach dem letzten Modul lief mein Bot bereits auf der Webseite meines kleinen Ladens.
Kursus ini sangat mudah diikuti walaupun saya tiada latar belakang teknikal, dan saya berjaya bina bot khidmat pelanggan untuk perniagaan kecil saya dalam masa dua hari. Cuma bahagian mengenai integrasi dengan platform pembayaran agak pantas dan saya terpaksa tonton semula beberapa kali untuk faham sepenuhnya.
