Ich habe diesen Kurs genommen, weil ich am Telefon mit englischsprachigen Kunden oft ins Stocken geraten bin. Die Übungen zu Telefonaten und Small Talk sind sehr praxisnah, man lernt konkrete Sätze, die man sofort im Büro benutzen kann. Besonders die Beispiele für den Einstieg ins Gespräch, wenn man jemanden zum ersten Mal am Telefon hat, fand ich hilfreich. Etwas schade fand ich nur, dass es kaum Übungen zum freien Sprechen gibt, meistens hört und wiederholt man nur. Trotzdem merke ich schon nach ein paar Wochen, dass ich am Telefon deutlich entspannter bin.
Telefonda iş görüşmesi yaparken artık kelime aramıyorum, kursta öğrendiğim kalıpları direkt kullanabiliyorum. Small talk kısmındaki örnek diyaloglar özellikle işe yaradı, gerçek bir ofis ortamı gibi hissettiriyordu.

Le rythme des leçons sur le small talk est agréable, ni trop lent ni trop dense, et les expressions pour relancer une conversation sont vraiment utiles. Le seul bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a pas assez d'exercices pour s'entraîner à l'oral tout seul.

Je travaille dans un service client international et j'avais toujours du mal à passer du small talk au sujet sérieux d'un appel sans que ça paraisse brusque. Ce cours propose plein de petites phrases de transition qu'on peut glisser naturellement dans une conversation. J'ai particulièrement aimé les extraits audio avec différents accents, ça m'a aidée à mieux comprendre les collègues étrangers au téléphone. Les exercices de répétition sont courts mais efficaces, on ne s'ennuie jamais. En quelques semaines, j'ai remarqué que je hoche moins la tête en faisant semblant de comprendre pendant les appels.
