Ich habe diesen Kurs genommen, weil ich am Telefon mit englischsprachigen Kunden oft ins Stocken geraten bin. Die Übungen zu Telefonaten und Small Talk sind sehr praxisnah, man lernt konkrete Sätze, die man sofort im Büro benutzen kann. Besonders die Beispiele für den Einstieg ins Gespräch, wenn man jemanden zum ersten Mal am Telefon hat, fand ich hilfreich. Etwas schade fand ich nur, dass es kaum Übungen zum freien Sprechen gibt, meistens hört und wiederholt man nur. Trotzdem merke ich schon nach ein paar Wochen, dass ich am Telefon deutlich entspannter bin.

Les exercices de répétition sont courts mais efficaces, on ne s'ennuie jamais. En quelques semaines, j'ai remarqué que je hoche moins la tête en faisant semblant de comprendre pendant les appels.
